I purchased samples of Beri Supreme and Lifecleanse on 31/7/2012 and was asked to pay the P & p. 2 weeks later I had £78 deducted from account for Lifecleanse and £86 for Beri Supreme. I did not order these items and have not received any pills either. I have reported this to my Bank who will stop any further payments going out but I cannot afford to lose £164.

- The return/refund policy state that it comes with a full 30 day 100% money back guarantee (minus the trial price) you do not need to return the produck to us... I'm still fighting to get mine back and they told me I had to return the product

- Hello Shezz. Apparently on the payment page it says after 15 day trial period unless you contact them they will bill you for each product. I don't remember seeing that and according to all the other "victims" I'm not the only one. I rang the customer care no. 0800 148 8310 and cancelled the order and said I have been put into debt over this withdrawal and they have refunded me half of what I paid them. Result!
