My fiancé applied for a loan online. My bank texted me soon after that to send me a notification of an electronic withdrawal of $30.00 to this "company". I called my bank and they said that it was for loan services. I did not approve this and so I called the 866 number listed. The lady said they could not refund the money but take it off of my interest on my loan. I am going to contact the BBB because I've seen that this has happened to a few other people. I would not authorize a $30 withdrawal if i needed a loan. This is a fraudulent company and I hope no one else is scammed by them. The "supervisor" of the company hung up on me twice. Luckily my bank accepted the claim I made against them and refunded me my money. I have to close out my current account and open a new one to keep this "company" from stealing from me again.
