i bought some appliaces from brick super store.according to the sales person after paying the full amount i will get delevary about 2 weeks,but that didn't happen.they keep promissing,keep delaying the delevary so i have decided to cancel the order.they were giving me hard time by saying that it's not possible to cancel the order. After lot of argument they cancel the order but they didn't refund my money fully.total amount was 6 thousand plus about 4600 was paid from my credit card rest was interac and cash.they were trying to refund the 4600 to my credit card after so many try they said it went through but the cash and interac amount was unable to refund.they keep saying my bank have some problem to accept refund.i have contacted to my bank from brick store and the customer survice talk to my bank personal and clear that my bank have no issue to accept the refund.now the brick is giving me hard time to refund my money.i don't know what to do next...
