I needed some quick cash and at the time the only resource available to me was the internet. I went to one of the "cash in 24 hrs." sites and submitted an application. I was contacted (to distraction) by a myriad of lenders. All sounded about the same as far as requirements, etc. so I chose one and went with it. It turned out to be "Hydra Fund II" The kept to their promise and $250.00 was deposited into my account the next day. The agreement as I understood it was a payment of $75.00 every payday (2 weeks) until $375.00 had been paid. I was not happy with the interest amount but I was desperate at that time. That should have been 5 payments. I did keep track of the first couple of payments but then I became ill (I'm 63 years old and retired) and in addition to that my wife's mother passed away in the mean time. I sort of lost track of everything for a while. When I started to check back into my finances in earnest this past week (8/12) I realized they were still taking $75.00 out of my account every other week and had been all along! I immediately went to the bank to stop payment on the debit. But the bank informed me that those types of auto debits are hard to stop but they would try. They even waived the fee in case the stop payment didn't take. THESE PEOPLE HAVE TO BE STOPPED!!!! They are PREDATORS!! They have stolen $450.00 from me and my wife.
