I emailed Jay about a Garmin 220 gps tracking unit and 2 DC30 collars. Sent him a check which he cashed on 8-13-12 and have yet to receive the collars or gps. For 3 days he would not respond to my texts. After getting suspicious I looked him up and found scam reports on him and his wife on two different sites. I text him AGAIN and told him I knew about his scams and to get me my money back. He became very threatening at this point towards me and my wife. Contacted PA state police and they advised me to file a report with my local police and they would get ahold of PA state police. This guy is facing serious charges including fraud and theft by deception. He has text me using the same story as the two others on this site and the other site.
