I sent him a check and never got the collars. He will not answer the phone or my text. He asured me he had mailed them, Then the post office lost them. Last text he would send my money back on June 6 2012. No word since.

- no he had me send a check to 521 madison st conneaut ohio 44030 and his number i got is 4402651286 is this the same info you got

- 11780 Middle Rd East Springfield PA is where he had me send the check. He mailed me a $30 GarminII, not even a dog tracker lol, from this same address. There are about 5 of us now that have a case going against him. They served a warrant and confiscated his computers but I havent heard anything since then. The officer on the case is Trooper Walton you can contact him at 1-814-774-9611. Everyone needs to get on board so we can stop this guy and try to get our money back!
