This company is obviously one of the worst. I can't say anything that hasn't already been said about them. I would like to get in on a class action suit against them, even if it took years just out of principle. Basically they state it is "free" to join some VIP club. So you think whatever, just some marketing ploy to make you feel special. Wrong it is payment for a computer to pick out ugly, cheap shoes for you depending on what they have in stock they want rid of. Customer Service? Don't even think of calling, they will laugh in your face....really they will. The chat online is pointless too. You can chat, but each rep will just give you the same rehearsed automated speech. These people obviously have the scam down pat. Kimora Lee Simmions should be too ashamed to even be in the fashion industry with the rip off this company is.
