I got an secured loan from a company called Prestige Finance Limited back in 2007. The total amount was approximately £28000. Since then the amount has been increasing and the charges are out this world.

Melbourne Mortgages are now their brokers who are currently collecting the payments.

I also believe they misold me the payment protection insurance in disguise. Melbourne mortgages are based at Prestige House, 16 Melbourne Road, Bushey, WD23 3LN.

1. I took out a loan with Prestige Finance Limited in 2007 and all I remember was that everything was done over the phone and a courier from the Loan Express.Co.UK reference number – JSS 211/C/5978 came to my work place with the documents to sign and the next thing is that I received a cheque from BSG Solicitors. The reference number for Prestige was PRE/KU49. Their address is as follows: Prestige House, 16 Melbourne Road, Bushey, Herts WD23 3LN and hence Prestige Finance Limited.

2. Later on I received a letter informing me that the payments will be collected by Melbourne Mortgages Ltd and they gave me a different reference number as follows: MML/KU2. Their address is Prestige House, 16 Melbourne Road, Bushey, Herts, WD23 3LN and hence Melbourne Mortgages. I never signed an agreement with Melbourne Mortgages.

3. According to the Financial Ombudsman Service the name is Prestige Mortgages Limited and their address is as follows: 18 Thomson Crescent, Falkirk, Stirlingshire, FK1 5PZ.

4. The Loan Agreement N\umber is 1572995; Customer No: PRE/KU49.

5. The total Loan Amount was £28,928.00 and was taken out on the 28 Marchm2007 and part of it settled the Welcome Finance outstanding Loan. This was a Mortgage type loan, with the start date from the 07.06.2005 and this was settled on the 30/03/2007, a loan with the payment terms of £263 X 144 months. Please find attached the Credit Agreement marked by (5)

6. See Enclosed statement reflecting the same amount in the attached Repayment Record Card from Melbourne Mortgages Ltd with their reference MML/KU2 stating the following: 1. Completed on 28 March 2007; 2. Loan Amount £28,928.00 Unregulated; 3. Term of Loan 240 Months; Monthly Installment £383.30

7. See also the Actuarial Redemption Report from Melbourne Mortgages Ltd – The amount seems to be going up instead of down. I have no dealings with these guys and they sure are not entitled to any penny from me at all

8. One of the PPI’s was claimed via Stirling Mortgages and this was only compensated at £!555.99, on the 29th of November. I have two policy documents as I took more than one policy I had been told that I would get more than this figure. Suppose that will require a separate application. (That is, Welcome Finance Services Ltd for Re-Claim Mis-sold PPI Welcome via FSCS. I believe I should receive more than the stated amount.

These companies work together and I hope you are able to resolve this complicated case on my behalf.

That is why I have included these in the Reclaim application form.

I hope this will assist you when you look at these documents.
