About my request to one of ANZ Bank staff member saying to her that I want to pay interest only in my 3 investment property since (Feb 2012 the lady said OK but is gonna be epective this coming next month repayment and that is march 2012).. So that moment my ANZ lender Albert Ho offer me a lower interest rate from 6.1 become 5.8 so I said yes why not I'm assuming that my request to pay interest only in my 3 investment property as well, but while I'm busy renovating and he said (Albert HO)I will gonna send the contract to the ANZ branch close to your work just sign it. I said in my lunch break. So I sign the contract of 5.8 interest rate for fix rate for 2 years. and I sign it because I trust him (Albert H) but I notice that the money that I borrow is sinking then I go to the bank and check what is the condition of my 3 investment loan and the lady told me that I'm paying interest and principal in all my 3 investment loan!!! then I get shock because I said to my self that is the reason why the money in my bank acount is sinking or dissapire so quickly,,, then I ring Albert Ho and ask him why the paper that you send me is interest and principal, I sign that because I'm assuming my request to the lady in ANZ Bank told me that is gonna be epective on March 2012 but is not untill now I'm paying interest & principal and you lock me up in a contract for 2 years!!!!! why Albert?? He explain to me when you talk to a person ("A" that's the lady in ANZ Bank) is diffirent to a person ("B" is Albert HO)... So the contract you sign is nothing to do to a person "A"... So you mean to say I'm dealingnto 2 diffirent person!!! I said to him but I'm dealing with ANZ people not to 2 different type of bank!!! and my account is only one name and that is my mane Inocencio Garcia have a request from Feb 2012 want to pay interest only?????.... and you know that from the beginning all my 3 property is a investment property????..
They said if I want to exit to the 2 years contract they said I have to pay $8,250,00 but I already lost all my money in my bank account and all that money is for my bugget for my renovation and I can't claim that principal that I pay for my taxt return!!!
