I stupidly sent for a so called free sample of Idrotherapy cream, giving them my bank details for the postage. The sample didn't arrive within the trail period and I was charged £99.00. I've tried contacting them but the office is always closed. I've sent emails they haven't responded.

- Ring this number: +448717119080. It's a UK number, but is transferred to the US. Ring late afternoon UK time and you will get to a customer service operator. DEMAND a refund suggesting that their business practices are 'false and misleading', they've also not be authorised to deduct further funds out of your account over and above the agree trial amount. Suggest that you have been onto your bank and will open a case of 'fraud' against them unless they refund in full. Worked for me and it's true, so you're not just stringing them a line.
