I signed up to the Slimtone Plus and Body Cleanse free trial after having seen the advertisments and the testimonials. I was not totally convinced but as it was free I thought it was worth a try. Well turns out to be a scam and dangerous!It is not free to cancel as you have to send back remaining product at a high postal rate and the patches started to dissolve the skin around where I was placing them.
When I called to complain they said there was nothing they could do and it clearly stated in the T&C's that if I was "unsatisfied" then I could return them at my own cost but until then they would continue to chrage me full price. I called the bank to block any further charges. Worst customer service I have ever witnessed. They only care about getting as much money out of you as possible! Stay well away.

hello - do you have the UK address to return the products? I received the package on saturday and it included a leaflet, telephone number and email but no address to return products. I did not realise that they could deduct monies after the trial so I am trying to cancel order before the 2 week trial period and return bottles but no one is picking up the phone. Thank you

Hi Karen,
I only have an Ireland address which I was given on the phone. It is 222 Shannon Airport House, SFZ, Shannon, Co.Clare, Ireland. Although I am suspicious about the post code as it seems to be incomplete and I have had no intergrity from them! The return numbers I were given on the phone and by email were different. I had an address on tghe bottom of my Body Cleanse trial letter if that helps? I believe it was the same.

I was the same but as soon as I went to make the order i thought will use credit card just incase!!! should of realised then, I signed up then went to do some research on them and came across this and dietpillwatchdog (which i did question as they 2 r advertiding some pills) I have phoned my bank straight away telling them I fell I have been scammed and they have cancelled my card and sending me another one!!! I have yet to receive products I did try to contact them to advise of cancellation and the number was unavailable so as to what to do next??

im sending it in writing to this address as i was charged even though i never ordered or received this item so i cant get through on the phone even though my bank did and i was told it wasnt a scam and that some one must have used my id i was told to send a for from the gpo that didnt exist to get a refund ive canceled my card but am not finished withthem yet i have contacted a lot of consumer help groups including watchdog
