I bought my daughter a pink and gray mongoose bike for her birthday less than 3 months ago, the whole "crank" (the pedals) are loose after she wrecked the other day. So I go back to the store and an employee tells me to bring it in and he'll get it fixed up, so I did. I called back today to check about it and another employee tells me that the bike is garbage and there's nothing they are willing to do about it. Ok I am a single mother of three young kids and struggle to pay my bills alone, so this summer I bought all three of my kids bikes from walmart and because they are garbage I am out $115 and have no bike for my daughter!!!!!! I spend a decent amount of money in your store and that will not happen.
