I received an email in my in box about lush illumination, offering me a free trial of this amazing product. All I had to pay was postage from the USA$4.95 AND TRY THE PRODUCT FOR 2 WEEKS. After the two weeks trial I could cancel the product if it was not any good. No obligation! I did not receive the product until 20 July (three weeks later) and sent an email to say I did not have enough time to test product so cancelled my account on 23July. I was told I had to phone to cancel the account so I did the next day. I received an email on 24 July 2012 of confirmation of cancellation of the account and no more money would be taken from my account.. On 2nd August 2012 USD 99.9s was taken fom my account equivalent to £65.77. I have phoned, emailed countless times and nothing has been done noone answers phone, no one answers email or anything.., I wish to recover my money and suggest no one else falls prey to this scam.
