I paid over $900 for an elipticle from sears. I purchased an extended warenty. The arm would not stay attached while in being used. This has not been corected after 15 month. approx. every 10 min you have to get off and tighten the arm. Approx 4 month ago the leg broke this is not fixed. The machine is not usable. It is still under warenty. When we call we continuously get attitude.
