we paid parman law group almost 6,000 thousand to help get us a modification on two of our homes, they made many promises they did not keep and after 7 months of waiting on an answer they our home was sold in auction on october 14,2009. we were devasted because we had so much equity in our home and had they told us in a timely manner that we did not qualify for a modification loan we could have saved our home of 14 years,instead 2 days before the sale date they were still telling us "dont worry everything will be ok"now me and my two children our living in a small bachelor unit.someone has to please help us understand how this could have happend???
