Ordered a pair of DKNY flats. Didn't receive any information regarding my order in the weeks to follow so tried to email company. Not surprisingly received no response, so investigated website and came across all these other complaints. Opened dispute with Paypal. Received package today with tracking number matching that supplied by 'seller' to Paypal. Package unopened, but is way too small to contain shoes (weighs less than 10g)and is soft - am guessing there is a shower cap inside! Have lodged a complaint with IC3 (Internet Crime Complaint Center) - I strongly suggest all other victims do the same!
