Mr Brocklebank came vis Service Seeking to put in a pot belly stove into existing chimney.He went and got small bag of cement and placed this mixed in the firplace to raise the hearth He said he would be back the next day was getting the flue on his way I gave him 550$ for the flue He also took a piece of the old flue for measurement purposes I have not seen him since .Many phone calls Text msg with promises he was coming or he had returned the money to y account He asked for my bsb number 3 times I lost a shift at work as he was coming on my work day .I am still without the flue part and down more than 500$ .He is still advertizing in Service seeking I am 68 yrs old live alone with two dogs and he took advantage of my situation I am very dissapointed Thanking you for allowing me to tell the story I have also posted a photo of his work on facebook and written to ACCC WA gov Kind regards Una Cresswell

his address of his business has changed but of recently he was at 4/46 buckingham drive wangara

- Really?? Still love? You have way to much time on your hands. Maybe you should spend it taking me to court instead of threatening my 13 year old daughter!! I have had calls from several people claiming to want to resolve this issue and after a brief explanation from me, all have agreed that I owe you nothing. Give up or take the proper action, things like this are bad for my reputation and costly for my business.

- By the way, your stove did not meet the Australian safety standards and anyone installing it is breaking the law. Something I should report maybe?
