I could not boot into Windows. Company said they would fix it but it might require a reinstallation of Windows. After giving my credit card number AND stating that a re-installation was no an acceptable solution they promised a technician would contact me. Technician did so and stated a re-installation would be required. I reiterated this was unacceptable and told them to cancel everything. They sent an Email confirming the cancellation. when no credit was issued, I called and they stated the credit had been processed 7/18. Repeated calls since then have produced nothing and many times the phone is not in service.
