I googled Dell support because i was having a printer issue. I did not realize that the number i called brought me to an iTechLine technician, because she represented herself as Dell support. She then went into my computer and my suspicians were raised when she never bothered to look at the printing job I was questioning. After a few minutes of scanning, she came back on the line and stated I had tons of infected files and I had two hackers invading my computer. i directly asked her if she was really Dell support when she stated she could clean up everything for a $199 fee. She became very evasive and I realized something was definately not right. This is a huge scam and I wish I was more aware of it before I was tricked into letting her onto my computer.
