Bought two steam mops ($59.90 each) and two can openers ($12.90 each).
Bought steam mops on 21 May 2012. Was expected to collect by end of june 2012. Redemption date was delayed till 30 July 2012. Disappointed after long wait. Then another delay notification till 7 August 2012. Went down to collect only to be faced with liquidation news plastered at the redemption centre.
Can openers were bought on 20 June 2012. Free delivery was included in this purchase. No news or reply on emails asked about it. No point trying to call through their contact number as no one EVER answers.
Total damage of $143.80.
I am very enraged by the irresponsibility conducted by Outlet. Despite knowing plans of liquidation, they had the audacity to delay the redemption dates of all the products. As a result, i am unable to file dispute claims with Paypal as it has already exceeded 45 days (Paypal policy). It was a planned operation with intention to mislead customers into thinking they were assured of receiving their products eventually.
Utterly despicable.
