i purchased a server on this store.it always can not connect server. server off frequently.everytime i asked to fix the problem.they asked me to pay addtional fee .they insist the server is up.how can a servr up that we can't even ping it.what a bad service.i spend 111.69$ each month.when we meet the problem.they even ask for 35$ addtional fee.it's a scam.

You can sign up for a managed support plan that will include high level technical support. If not, then each support request you make will inquire a remote hands support fee.
