I have never heard of this company, never had any contact with them in any form. I logged into my bank account and was shocked to see that this company had submitted an electronic check to my account for $30.00 which in turn created an overdraft fee of $35.00. When I tried to contact this company by phone I keep getting a recording that I have reached them after normal business hours and that I should try back during normal business hours but they never state their normal business hours, the phone just disconnects. I have already contacted my bank and will be blocking my bank account from all transactions, issuing a fraud affidavit against this company and will be getting my funds back from my bank, I will be reporting them to the BBB, I have also e-mailed their company with my complaint about them and the actions I am going to take to try and help prevent them from doing this to others. Like everyone else in this country, I could use some extra cash to make ends meet. But if I need to borrow money why would I authorize a company to withdraw money from my bank account in order for them to give me money???? Hello......makes no sense to me!!!!!
