I went to the website Eyepothosis to check it out because I write a beauty blog. Somehow (I didn't order it knowingly) I ended up with a bottle of eye cream. Before I opened the cream ($78.00) I called the company to rectify the mistake and get my money back. Explained that bottle was still sealed and I was on disablility and did not need $78.00 eye cream. I was told that I had no choice and had to pay for the cream (they had already deducted the money from my account). I do not believe this is good business practices. First of all, I didn't want to order anything. Second of all, I don't want a $78.00 eye cream. I could have used that money to buy food with. Thanks to the eye cream I didn't have enough money to eat for the rest of the month. Hope they don't expect a good review from me on their blog.
