On August 4, 2010 I entered into a contract and purchased a Sweepstake machine in the amount of $4,999. This machine was to be installed by September 21, 2010 in Virginia Beach, Virginia so that I could start receiving monthly revenues, which never occurred. I was still optimistic hoping that this would be resolved and the machine would be placed, however; I received a called from Mr. Scott Lindquist of Sweepspot Consulting stating that Mr. Ehpren Taylor’s company was sold and that a master settlement trust was set up to resolve my claim and that I would receive a 100% of my machine purchase value ($4,999), plus an additional $200.00 for every 30 days the machine was not operating. In addition the trustee was to execute a settlement agreement that will facilitate the issuance of City Capital Common Stock (Rule 44). An illustrative example was sent via email.

On January 5, 2010 Mr. Lindquist sent me an email requesting that I call City Capital Settlement Trust (SweepIncome, Promissory Notes, Etc) @ 1-xxx-xxx-1982, which was a direct number to an attorney’s Trust Refund Hotline. When I called the number I spoke with a gentleman who did not give his name. He stated that I must send copies of all pertinent documents to AVA LLC, in order to receive my refund, which I did on January 6, 2010. To this date (August 18, 2011) I have not received any response from anyone confirming that any of my documents were received, nor have I recieved my refund. I would greatly appreciate it if you could assist me or at lease guide me in the right direction so that I may take further actions in receiving my refund.
