Received a letter saying that I had won $50,000 in a lottery in England. In order to collect my winnings, I had to call an international number and ask for Roy Hill. When I called, the gentleman had such a heavy accent I could barley make out what he was saying. Basically he verified my address, and told me that they would send me a check to pay for the taxes on the lottery. He instructed me to call him once I received the check, and he would give me further instructions. I received the check, looked on-line for Oxford Securities, and read about lottery scams. I still have the original letter and the check...just wanted to report it.
