I was looking for a second hand xenForo forum license. He offered me a price of $85, then I rejected him when he could not show me the proof of having the license. Then he told me he accepts half-half payment, so I paid $40. Then he did not have intention to transfer me license, he said he put me as lowest priority. He said if I paid him in full, he will then initiate the transfer within 15 minutes, I paid another $40, he was gone after that. In between the discussion, he assured me that PayPal disputes work well, and yeah I believed him. Now PayPal does not wanna return me the money because they said the item was in dealing was an intangible item. This guy uses a fake name as Logan Asper ([email protected]), but he accidentally emailed me using his real name ([email protected]). His PayPal account named Kaddle Tech LLC using the email [email protected]. I really want my money back! :'(
