Someone used my email address and walmart.com account to order a computer from walmart, as well as another computer and peripherals over a period of 4 days. I caught 3 fraudulent transactions and notified walmart in time for the orders to be cancelled; however, they allowed one to be picked up at a store. Why weren't they on the lookout after the first three actions were reported? Now, because my debit card was attached to my walmart.com account and my bank was immediately debited, walmart refuses to reimburse me because THEY allowed the merchandise to picked up. It has taken so long to try to resolve it that my bank says it is past their statute of limitations for reimbursement.
