I purchased software from speedmaxpc, supposedly to correct registar errors which did not work. In fact it has now been determined that my computer was infected by a virus which I now believe actually came from them.
I have made several attempts to contact them, starting on the day of the purchase when I realized that the software did not work. Upon taking my computer into a shop was when it was determined that my computer actually was infected with a virus.
To date I have not been contacted by a representative concerning my refund.
