I ordered an iPad 3 from their site on June 1, 2012. They said that my order would be fulfilled within 3 business days. On the third business day, they sent me an email stating that the items that I had ordered were damaged when they went to ship them to the US. They said it would take 7 days for the items to be repaired. After the 7 days, I was sent another email stating that the items I had ordered were damaged and had to be sent in for repair. I then requested my money to be refunded to me. They sent an email stating that they were sorry and wanted to give me a gift if I could wait for the items to be repaired and asked for another 7 days. After the second session of waiting 7 days, they said that because of the added weight of the additional item that it would cost another $100 to clear customs. I paid the $100 fee to customs for my items to clear. Two days passed and then they sent me another email stating that the items had been broken prior to shipping and that they had to return them to the manufacturer for repair. I then logged into their website, which still shows that I have placed an order and paid for the order, and talked to the customer service representative and was told that they couldn't find my order number. That they didn't have any record of me purchasing items from them and to stop bothering their company.

Yet I still have the transaction history of the purchase and proof that they had sent the email to my account confirming the ordered items as well as a screenshot of the order listed on their site when I log in.
