I went on line to look for a loan to pay my rent. I filled out an application for a lender and next thing I know I have a bank statement telling me MYCashGuardian withdrew 29.95 for nothing.I don't know who they are I signed nothing did not give permission to go into my acct. and now I have additional fees charged from my bank because I didn't have enough to cover. I work hard for my money and stressed even more because of companies like this.Its obvious from other complaints this company needs to be stopped ASAP.They need to pay for what they are doing to god knows how many people and many more to come.

- I filled out some online information about a payday loan 3days ago. My inbox has since been flooded with companies offering me money between $200 -$1500. I decided not to go forward with any of the loans and to tough it out. Upon checking my bank account today, I find a charge from mycashguardian.com. I called the bank who gave me the number for the company so I called. The customer service agent I spoke with says they charge the fee to help you obtain a loan. She told me I should have gotten an email that describes how to decline the service. I asked her why would I have to read an email for a payday loan I do not complete - to decline a service I did not ask for? She gave me a case ID number (270371) and told me I should see a refund in 7 business days, no mention of the NSF fee.
