I signed up for JustFab last year as it was a neat concept - I did realize the monthly charge although sneaky but they reassured me they send two reminder emails to "skip the month". Not once have a received those emails and I have double checked my contact information many times. I even HAVE skipped and been charged but ended up just trying to use the credit.

It's my fault that I have forgotten to skip, but it is their fault that the quality of their items are just horrendous. I have received "new" shoes that were falling apart without ever being tried on! The pairs I decided to keep fell apart after 1 or 2 wears or I realize too late the sizing is incredibly off. Their customer service is just atrocious. The make it nearly impossible to return anything and charge a ridiculous restocking fee.

Today I called to cancel once and for all and I felt the representative would not let me cancel. I was trying to be as friendly as could be but I explained my concerns. She talked me into giving them "one more try" with a free credit to try a different item ie: accessories, purses, jeans. Ok, fine why not? I go to look and find a purse I like and it won't let me purchase it? Get on that chat (as I was on hold for a very long time before), and she said my account is cancelled? Wait, wasn't she doing her best to avoid that? I explain the situation and the rep just leaves. Yep, just closes the session. Rep #2 same thing - my account is cancelled, I don't see anything about a free credit so I'm not going to give it to you and leaves. Wait, I already had a credit from forgetting to skip last month? As well as I exchanged shoes for a smaller size and I am sending them back. Since my account is cancelled am I getting that money back?

Since I have had terrible luck with their customer service I'm afraid to even call again. I just want my money back - and if they dare charge me a "restocking fee" I am going to explode!

This company is criminal. I really hope someone starts a class-action lawsuit against them.

Sorry for everyone else's woes as well.

  • Do not buy from JustFab.com. This company is a scam. I saw their advertisement from my email and tempted to buy the shoes. Only after made my purchase I was being told my friends to be careful of this company because they have heard about this company. So after I received my shoes, I immediately cancelled my membership. Yet they kept on trying to persuade me to keep the membership and they can waived a month for me. I was tempted at first, but later, I decided to called them back and cancelled my monthly membership. Later I realized that they skip one month and charge me two more months later knowing that I will likely not looking at my statements. I contacted them to request for refund of my monthly charges and they kept on saying that they are unable to do so because they don't have a record to prove that I did in fact contacted them to make that cancelation. This company is definitely a scam!!! They should be brought up to the consumer affair and someone has to stop them. Someone need to sue them!!! They need to be shut down. For those who work for them, they must have no moral instinct. Well, worse things will come back at them for working for a company like this one.
    DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
    THEY SCAMMING PEOPLE!!!
