Several weeks ago, I repsonded to a "survey request" On Facebook. For participating in the survey, a Free gift was offered, which included a choice of products. The only payment to be made was $1.94 for postage. I agreed to this. On receiving a credit card statement this morning, I have just discovered that withdrawals from my account, using my credit card were made on 2.8.11 ($81.03) and 17.8.11 ($88.66). How doe we stop these people making charges to our accounts, and getting our money back? Elizabeth
