I purchased Mohawk carpet thru prosource . I had carpet steam cleaned professionally cost me 169.00 . Carpet is only about 2yrs 6mo old . I noticed seam looks like it is seperating so i set appointment with my installer to come look at it because he warranties his work .. Tom also installs for Prosource, so he proceeds to fix a repair in my carpet and tells me it is not his work carpet seam is fine but also tells me carpet is delaminating ,and to let prosource know should be covered under a warranty defect. So I tell company about it immediately they tell me it is due to part delamination and seaming by pictures i took and sent to the manager Steve. So i tell him I wanted warranty information and receipt of my carpet I was taking it to an attorney and writing better business bureau.. Now all of a sudden we are sending a guy from his company to come inspect carpet.. well guess what same thing this is not satisfactory to pay a guy to lie for the company to escape a warranty claim...I have spent alot of money with this Company very unhappy with the way they take care of a customer that has been faithful to them ... I,m in Sales also and want to take care of my customers , especially the ones who keep me in business. I have all documentation and pictures of defective carpet which they are saying only this area 5 and half feet long 4 inches wide is damadged due to high moisture which is suppose to be causing delamination ..thank you any other documentation can be provided .thank you
