It appears this is a common scam. I bought some shoes and was directed to Fashionpay to pay for them. I thought it was odd i had not received an email from the company i bought shoes from. So I did a search for the company that took my payment FASHIONPAY*HONGYANGYU CO.SHENZHEN and found that others have been conned in a similar way.
