Just received an express notice in mail today advising that I have been identified as the winner for $2,536,092.93 and must respond with $20.00 by 8/03/2012 postmarked date.
I attempted to contact agency by phone to no avail. Why is it necessary to pay $20.00 to claim $2,536,092.93? This sounds like rotten fish; a scam.
