A copy of speedmaxpc downloaded itself to my computer illegally from the web. It proceeded to install itself, notify me through false reports of problems with my computer and then demanded $40 to fix the problems. On restarting the computer the software deleted all of my personal files images and videos, much of this has a commercial value. i have emailed their technical support and received no reply, this company is a disgrace.
