sprint per straighttalk shut off my daughters unlimited cellphone service alleging overuse of data with no prior warning and only verbal accusations of overuse of this unlimited plan and refuses to provide any records of their accusations without a court order because (they) have shut phone off. They will turn service back on only if i buy another phone, phone they turned off is still in first year warranty. Accusations of chat lines was their verbal reason why they shut off phone, they refuse to give any written reason. My daughter denies she has ever talked on one or has any desire to. No justice for me or my daughter, they take my money and run, they take her phone service away during the deadliest heatwave in Indiana history, no proof of their accusations. Shame on HEARTLESS straighttalk and sprint!
