They promise to refund my money to my cruise and said the money would be there in a week, well I'm still waiting, they make lots of promises just so u would by their trips. So people watch out for them there pretty good at confusing older people like myself, and when u call them u never get the person that you spoke to before and if you ask for that person they make a lot of excuses they aren't in. I paid a lot of money so I wouldn't lose my money but it looks like I'm losing both.
