A CELL NUMBER CALLED ME AT 12:32 AM ACTING AS HE WAS AN COMPLAINT MANAGER FROM RAMADA CORP.
CALLED ME ASKING WHAT GUEST WAS CHECKED IN AT 11AM 12/26/12 UNDER AN VISA HE HAD NO NAME NOR ROOM NUMBER HE WAS TRYING TO GET ME TO TELL HIM AND GET ME TO TRANSFER TO A ROOM OF A UNKNOWN GUEST THAT HE SAYS THAT ON THE 2ND LEVEL BY THAT TIME..I FIGURED THIS IS A SCAM,WHEN WE LOST CONNECTION I CHECKED OUR CALLER ID IT WAS FROM A CELL NUMBER AND I THOUGHT IT WAS OUT OF THE NORM AND AGINST FCC RULES TO BE RETURNING AT THAT TIME OF NIGHT
