I got sucked into this through Project Payday, which said that if I signed up for one offer that I would be able to make $50 that same day. Well, I signed up for two months' trial for People and Time magazines, and cannot cancel it through them. They very kindly told me to contact the companies themselves - they couldn't cancel it. However, for that "free" trial they already took a dollar out of my account and I have no idea why. I do know that I have to wait for my trial issues to come in to cancel the darn thing. Don't ever use these guys - they're a scam.

Here is what you need to do:
Go online to the Attorney Generals office for California and file a complaint. They will contact Trialpay and find out why they are not fulfulling their agreement with you. If they are found to be scamming people which I believe they are a running a scam then the Attorney General's office could take legal action on them. However, the more people that complain the better. Here is the phone number for the Attorney General in California its: 800-952-5225.
Good Luck and Don't let them get away with scamming you! Fight Back! -
