Breeched contract for the creation of pendleton.linktowns.com - agreement was to have site completed per agreement, functional and operational by May 30, 2012; (the pendleton site was completely paid for onor about 4/25/2012) as of July 1, 2012 it was not completed, functional or operational per agreement. The pendleton site, with all the additions was to cost me $2500; completed and after completion I was to pay Steve Taylor $350 per month for the site, this covered hosting. Breeched contract for the creation of, and possible purchase of second town hermiston.linktowns.com. Hermiston was to be created after pendleton was operational, per agreement. Steve Started on hermiston first, as of July 1, 2012 neither pendleton.linktowns, nor hermiston.linktowns were functional, operational or completed per agreement. Steve defrauded me by telling me that other people, businesses, corporations were signing up for linktowns.com when there were none. Steve committed theft by deception by telling me people, businesses, corporations were signing up when they were not (I have all emails from Steve Taylor showing all the people he said were signing up) Steve Taylor kept telling me, and emailing me this to keep me on the hook and make me think and appear the business was going better then expected so that I would continue to invest and send him money for additional towns, he intentionally and delibertely lied to me - he did this to obtain more money from me, knowing full well others were not signing up. As of July1, 2012 - every state and every city were checked and there were no others signed up, nor listed on the website, when I asked him to explain and show me, he refused. (I do have all emails and conversations from him describing all the others who were signing up) Steve Taylor committed ID Theft when he signed up for blog thru word press, and cyber chimps and used my name as account holder - I never agreed to, or authorized Steve Taylor to use my name on any accounts (It was my understanding that I would be adding the blogs, etc to my pendleton site) He committed ID Theft by using my name. Steve Taylor committed fraud/Theft by decption by adding adding my name to his constant contact account as a partner - (I already had a constant contact account, and was a sales rep for the company) Steve Did this to obtain a % of money I would be making from my work with constant contact. - Steve already knew I had an account with constant contact. Steve Taylor committed fraud/theft by deception by attempting to steal my customers - he knew I was paying for services thru constant contact - social marketing, newsletter marketing,save local marketing - he was trying to steal all my contacts that I was making by using the services thru constant contact - I notified constant contact about his deceptive business practices and they reflagged his account. Steve Taylor intentionally and delibertley started building the hermiston linktowns before the pendleton linktowns (he actually reversed the town sites) in an attempt to keep extorting money from me. The agreement was that Steve Taylor build the sites, however Styeve did not build the sites, he emailed me and told me I had to program each category in the town, so it was me who was doing all the work, he just had to set the pages up - to which he did one page at a time - when steve set the pages up I waould generally have them completed withing 1/2 hour and ready to start on another page - he wouldnt give me more pages to complete. As time went on I started finding out other deceptive business practices he was doing. When Steve started on the hermiston site before the Pendleton site I was furious, he told me, dont worry we will get the pendleton site done by may 30, well it never got done, the fact that he started the hermiston site first was a breech of agreement. I had been sending payments to him via paypal, and all of a sudden he told me to quit making payments to him via paypal because it was costing him too much money - according to paypal he was violating there polices. he was accepting money thru his paypal account on his noahsclassifieds account, but the business I was paying on linktowns.com. He was accepting payments for a business that was not listed thru paypal. Thus fraudently using his paypal account. I send him a $1700 payment to his live transactions business address. I also told him on June 11, 2012 no other paymants would be made until I had a contract, that this would be the last payment made. The entire pendleton site was paid for on April 25,2012 I had paid an extra $1500 towards the hermiston site in the event I decided to purchase it, and according to Steve Tayor if I decided to buy it the $ I paid would be applied, if I didnt buy it he would return the money, he did not. On June 20, I called him and emailed him and sent him a letter in the mail and told him I wanted all my money back because he had breeched the agreement, neither site was completed per the agreement. Steve called and said I'm sorry i will have them both completed by July 1, 2012When he finally started the pendleton site (Over a month late) I told him it had to be completed by July 1, as I had an opportunity to obtain a grant and business with the city of Pendleton, he promised it would be done, it was not. On July 1, neither the pendleton site nor the hermiston site were completed per the agreement, they were not functional or operational. On or about July 4th, 2012 Steve Tayor took down the pendleton site and transferred it to tri-cities (stating that I wanted it moved) this is untrue - I waited for 3 months to get it completed why would I want it moved. After I seen that it was gone from the internet, I was furious and emailed him and called him - told him to put it back up - it had been paid for in May. He inturn called me and emailed me and stated: "when you make additional payment I will put it back up" at this point enough was enough - he was trying to extort money from me, as he apparently had been all along. I think Steve Taylor set me up, intentionally stole my money thru fraud, and theft by deception, then committed extortion - he opened up accounts using my name, without any authorization _ ID Theft.I worked for 3 months, programming, the sites, all he wanted was $.and he had no intention of setting my sites up. They guy says he is INC but after doing a search, I found nothing. he does business under the following noahsclassifieds.org, linktowns.com,livetransactions.com

I paid to have a site built, it was never built per agreement, steve started on a second town site before the one I paid for, thus making my first site late. Nothing was ever operational, functional. He intentionally tried to steal my accounts, he tried to make $ off my personal and business accounts fraudently! he opened up accounts in my name, without authorization, he intentionally defrauded me into believeing their were other people signing up for linktowns in an attempt to get me to buy more towns, and giving him more $, he intentionally decieved me from the very first day. He refused to provide contracts from the very first day because he was defrauding me, he lied, cheated and stole from me, when I wouldnt give him more $ because of his decpetive business practices he took down my paid site and then tried to extort more money from me in order to put them back up. he held my potential business hostage for months, he intentiinally locked me out of my sites for 3 months (admin side) so I couldnt get them programmed. I have 3 months worth of emails to prove all of this -what he has done is criminal - during this time he was calling me sexually harassing me, - asking me to perform phone sex for him, wanted me to come to arizone to have sex with him, said he would give me my sites free if I performed sex for him - the guy is a pervert.
