This software company is a complete rip off-he offers you fantastic software,add,ons,customer support - there is not customer support!,none!
the software is full of bugs, know issues, etc - he will not fix any of them, even if you pay for the support. NO REFUNDS, he knows that his software is junk so he has a no refund policy, even if you dispute the purchase thru paypal,you will loose - no refunds. agree's on a price then desides later on he wants more money! says he has sooo many people buying into the project, over and over and over he tells me that - but when me and my lawyer did a search on the site - guess what - there was NO ONE ELSE - he lied!
His new project is linktowns.com - DO NOT BUY IT! he was building a town page for me, guaranteed it to be up on a certain date, NO - built a second town for me instead, then started on original town, 3 months late! Is it so hard to pay someone to build a site in a certain amount of time? and have it operational? like I was guaranteed to have? NO - he is very unprofessional. I worked for 3 months marketing,advertising, PR after he asked me to help him, then he refuses to compensate me. then he shut them all down. never completed even one site fully to agreement, after he shut sites down said he would put them back up if I paid him more money. Refused to give me a contract, and when I refused to finish paying because NO CONTRACT, and BREECH OF CONTRACT He says: your sites were up, whats the problem,? you seem to be the only one that ever has problems - the very same quote he uses on everyone else! He put the sites up alright - they were junk-non functional- and without half of what was agreed to be put on the sites he was re-coding my pages after I spent hours on them,so all my payments for classifieds would be paid to his paypal account, not mine. then he added me to constant contact as a partner only so he could collect part of my earnings as a sales person (which I was already a member of) then he re-coded my blog and added hidden HTML codes so he could grab all my newsletter signups for himself - while I had a active newsletter campaign going on - Hes a scam artist. I lost business,and allot of money. Breechs contracts, doesnt perform,takes your money and runs- A real man and business person offers refunds -THAT TELLS YOU WHAT HE IS. class action lawsuit filed - read about it here. ex employees say he is a liar, thief. http://www.effutio.com/wordpress/noahs-classifieds-do-not-buy-it/234/. he owes me $3950.00 hides, shuts my paid site down, of course it really wasent complete anyway - but he still shut it down - and of course tells me: your site is up, what are you complaining about?
I have every email between Steve Taylor/ noahsclassifieds/linktowns and myself - they explain it all, and prove that he breeched the contracts, tried to extort money from me, and much more - trashes all the other sites, calls other business & people idiots - told me to transfer all my domains out of godaddy because their business and servers were junk, he said the same thing about host gator,bluehost, he wanted me to transfer all my domains and business to his web hosting business. noahsclassifieds says he has the best classifieds software out there and people like e-classifieds and Geodesic need to shut down because there software is junk! Said he was going to "suck off" of paypal's and ebay's business to help his business's get bigger so he could put craig @ craigs list out of business - because noahsclassifieds says: Craig is an idiot - noahsclassifieds also said: he was going to partner with cyber chimps and word press also so he could "suck off" of their businesses just long enought for him to make some serious money! noahsclassifieds also says: that he is going to take down facebook because they are crooks! - noahsclassifieds calls everyone (even the people he partners with and does business with A CROOK! Seriousely noahsclassifieds needs to look in the mirror! what ever happend to doing business with honor, integerity, above board? What ever happend to respect? He has no respect for women at all! to make matters worse During the 3+ months he'd call me everyday to sexually harass me, (theres more ugly sex stuff but it makes me sick to tell it) and when I wouldnt answer he kept calling, over and over. All I wanted was my site up and I managed to get involved with this decpetive business person. AND ITS ALWAYS SOMEBODY ELSES FAULT, NEVER HIS! I was doing some investigating on Steve Taylor - He has a another business name called - Live Transactions.com Inc., this is how it is listed on the Arizona BBB, (two dirrerent addresses in Arizona - and listed as a "process server") however when I check the Arizona corporations division, he is not listed - I traced the domain to godaddy - go daddy has his listing as Live Transactions.com Inc, 1508 $th St NE, Willmar, Minnesota and a phone number that is not complete - so when I checked the Minnesota Corporate division - NO CORPORATION FOUND - I checked Delaware, California, Nevada, cant find anything - Im checking the cayman Islands later - he did say something to me about "outsourcing" - Since this guy is in the middle of a divorce/child support thing, and the way he rips people off maybe he's hiding $ - but he advertisies that he has a corporation - No records found - itsnt this illegial to advertisie you are a corp and arent? No this isnt slander! THIS IS THE TRUTH! Everyone I have talked to, and there have been many, all say the same thing!
