TOTAL SCAM!
They promised to find me an apartment in 3 weeks and it took them a week just to send me listings. They never set up a single appointment. All of their apartments are garbage.
They claim they have exclusive listings but everything they list is also on Craigslist. They also promised me apartments in Silverlake and Los Feliz and gave me listings for Westlake and Hollywood.
They promised a full refund, but now they claim they only have to give me 25% back EVEN THOUGH THEY DID NOTHING FOR ME.
DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!
Update: 08/02/2012
I will say that after reading through the e-mails they sent me they did ask me to submit a form for them to contact the apartments I was interested in.
