DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.
They are practicing real estate illegally. They charge you money for information that will not get you a rental. They are not just shady they are ripping off people by selling them hope in finding you a place to rent. The information they provide is outdated and not properties that they have no right to represent.
They post blind adds all over Craigslist and sucker you into paying for the information. they pray on people in need and they are fully aware of how illegal their business practices are.
They refuse to provide you with any information about who is running the show.
If you have had business with them and were burnt then you really need to file a complaint with the Department of Real Estate.

I am not 100% sure but I believe that Success 4 Rent are the same people as the people in this Scam complaint

- Thanks so much for this post!!! I called 2 places already that charge that fee and I ask as many questions I can because I have been scammed already a few times over the years through these different kinds of places :/ They make it seem like it is such a for sure thing, getting my hopes up and everything which sucks because I am a family of five and its very hard for us to get a house. But thanks again for this post...now I know not to trust any of these awful places.

Hey My Amigos, My name is Ariana and I am a Single Mom here in California.
I dance for a living and its so hard now a days in this economy with a little kid by my side, When I came to los angeles I lived in a Hotel so you can just imagine.
I was looking for a place to rent for me and my son and it was so difficult is la, I found so many places that want to charge me money and all they did was give me bunch of listings, I came across this place onthe internet and they said they can help me if i provide a letter that I get paid dancing every month and my boss didnt have a problem with writing a letter of employment and guess what it worked.
Success4rent found me and my son apartment I did'nt belive it would work but that is what I was missing because I didnt have no credit i am young but I was making money at the Club.
And thats it a letter, money to move and I am here and its actually a nice area too. me and my son are thinking of getting a pet soon We are so excited.

Hello. Its been almost a year since you placed your complaint. I got exactly the same thing as you, and now thinking to file with Department of Real Estate. I want to know if you did file, and what happened...
It took my money, energy, and time, and I'm getting tired of it but can't just give it up! -
