I ordered the Dark Shadows dvd's. They took the money from my account promptly enough but never shipped the order. I have contacted them several times by e-mail and they assured me that they were shipped...even gave me a tracking number that shows notification of intent to ship and nothing else. Now I read that even if I do receive the order they are not the "high quality" dvds that were touted on the site. I have asked for a refund...we will see how that goes!!!!!
