We were told that our mortgage would be reduced and affordable again. They had a contact for us, Laura Gerald, who was kind and would call back. However, the promise was null and void. We never could get a refinance from the back because they claimed they never received any of the documents requested. I have spent 70.00 dollars in faxing the forms and information they needed. President Obama needs to check into this. Fraud, fraud, fraud!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
