Problem on charges have continued since March 24 when charges were OK. Since then charges have increased and harrassment and insults have escalted and services were cancelled for my family member. Recently one of their representatives refused to talk with me when I asked him to talk slower and more distrinctly as I was old (87 yrs old) and somewhat hard of hearing. He refused to talk to me further and demanded I let him speak to someone else. Told him there was no one else except my attorney - which is true. I live alone.
