ADVERTISED ITEM ON EBAY - CUSTOMER SAID HE WOULD BUY
RECEIVED EMAIL FROM 'PAYPAL' TO ADVISE THEY HAD FUNDS AND TO SHIP THE ITEM, ADVISING FUNDS WOULD BE RELEASED ON RECEIPT OF PARCEL TRACKING NUMBER. FUNDS NOT RELEASED AND PAYPAL SEND ANOTHER EMAIL SAYING THE BUYER HAD MADE A MISTAKE AND OVERPAID BY 200 PPOUNDS STERLING AND COULD I SEND THE OVERPAYMENT BY WESTERN UNION AND THEN THE FUNDS WHICH WERE ALLEGEDLY HELD IN PAYPALS ESCROW A/C WOULD BE RELEASED. GOT ANOTHER EMAIL FROM
PAYPAL TO SAY THEY HAD MADE A MISTAKE AND THE AMOUNT SHOULD HAVE BEEN 400 POUNDS AT THIS STAGE i REALISED THAT THERE WAS A PROBLEM. NEITHER EBAY OR PAYPAL WITH COMPENSATE ME.
