I was notified by my bank that creditone was double dipping into my bank account which made my account to go into the negitive status' I pay my credit card by telephonem each mont. On may3.2011 creditone was given permission to withdraw $209.00 for my credit card payment. Creditone withdrew another $ 209.00 on may 5,2011. My bank notified me that my account was in the negitive because creditone had double dipped into my account. Of course creditone denied it so I send them the faxed copy of the withdraw, Then creditone assured me they would make it right. But they never did. I signed forms at my bank that credit one is never allowed to withdraw money from my account again. I now have a balance so I will have to pay this in full and send the cut up cards in the mail as well as my final payment.
