I was talked into signing up for a 2yr membership to Team National by a representative who used deceptive sales practices. He assured me I would quickly get the membership money back, did not disclose important information in the contract such as the 3 day limit to cancel membership, and did not give me a copy of any contract or paperwork. The paperwork was completed for me and all I did was sign my name. I received a box with Team National information two weeks later, well after the 3 day right of rescission had passed. I still had no copy of any contract. I have contacted the company and they sent me a refund request form that I filled out yet I have heard nothing back. I opened a complaint with the BBB and contacted my state attorney general's office. This company continues to scam people out of hard-earned money and feel they should be required to tell all the information about membership without misleading people or being deceptive in their presentation. I just want my money refunded. This company is not for me.

  • direct sales, network marketing, & multi-level marketing (MLM) - all of which are legit. now don't get me wrong there have been some companies that cross the line and give good companies in the industry a bad name by association. that's no different than corruption in traditional big business or politics. and even good companies have bad "employees", ever been to a major chain restaurant where the service was poor?

    Team National is vetted by the DSA, the United States Chamber of Commerce, the BBB, hundreds of well known participant companies, thousands of small businesses, and Dun&Bradstreet. They've been in business since 1997, and the cost of membership has not increased in at least the last decade, yet value is added the membership near daily.

    unfortunately it sounds as though your complaint lies with the guy who brought you in, not the company itself - I do hope you get satisfaction with him
